Neck control choices basically same as torso choices:
- FK for expression, IK for positional control
- FK necks for whip action, expressivity
- IK for positional control
Space setup driven by actions
- IK base in Torso space; IK head position in body space
- World space FK for most actions
- Local space FK for passive reactions
- Targets only for rare situations
